We offer services in production and repair of inserts of sleeve-type bearings with a metal-fluoroplastic covering.
Repair of worn out babbit inserts and replacement of a babbit covering with EMP a covering is possible.
Inserts are delivered ready for installation and operation.
Advantages of inserts with elastic metal-fluoroplastic (PTFE) a covering in comparison with babbit:
- operating life up to 20 years, a warranty period from 18 to 36 months
- vibration-absorbing properties, decrease of vibration level in bearings
- low friction coefficient, increase in efficiency factor of the mechanism
- reliability due to covering structure in case of an emergency situation shaft damage is absent
- maintainability - the cost of replacement of a sliding support is much cheaper than refilling with babbit
- significant saving on repairs
The advantages which have been marked out in the information letter of recommendation of "UES of Russia" RJSC No. IP-03-02-00(GP) from 12.04.2000.
- fast transition from friction at boundary greasing to hydrodynamic (liquid) and, as a result, 3-5 times reduction of friction surface damage at start-up and the shutdown of the rotating mechanism
- equal adjoining of a center shaft and bearing disk to the run-in fluoroplastic covering which has the polished appearance, even at distortions of the surface of friction or a deviation of a center shaft from a cylindrical form (conicity)
- practical lack of wear fluoroplastic during the long operation of the bearing in a mode of hydrodynamic greasing with use of the common petroleum turbine oil which has passed through system of cleaning of impurity
- ability to perceive non-stationary loadings and to extinguish them, transferring impulses to buffer poroelastiс coating damping dynamic influence shaft train (especially at start-up of the pump, the fan, the smoke exhauster)
- preservation of regular system of a oil provision and its operating condition, and as standard system of Instruments and Controls
- decrease in volume of repair work and increase in the turn-around time of operation of the power equipment
